لە مانگی تشرینی یەکەمی ساڵی 2025، دەسەڵاتدارانی ئێران ڕاگرتنی یاسای ئیجباری حیجابیان ڕاگەیاند، بەو مانایەی پۆشینی حیجاب بۆتە هەڵبژاردەی شەخسی بۆ ژنان و ئیتر غەرامە و سزای یاسایی بۆ پابەندنەبوونیان نییە. ئەم بڕیارە دوای ناڕەزایەتییە بەرفراوانەکان و ڕاگرتنی یاسای نوێی "حیجاب و پاکیزەیی" هات، کە هەڕەشەی سزای توندی لەسەر بوو، لەوانە زیندانیکردن بۆ ماوەی ١٥ ساڵ یان سزای لەسێدارەدان لە هەندێک حاڵەتدا.
